What to Bring
Most importantly bring a mind for adventure and fun. The club has gear for beginners to use until they make the decision to acquire personal gear. Please bring athletic gear that you feel comfortable exercising in. Pants are preferable to shorts. For men, if you have an athletics cup, it is highly recommended you bring and wear it.

$40 Per Month or $10 Per Lesson
The first two lessons are free.
